Real Estate Brokerage Agent (m/f)

The position that our future agent will perform consists of a combination of fieldwork and office / remote work:

• finding new properties to expand the agency’s portfolio
• a lot of phone conversations and face-to-face meetings
• adding properties to the agency’s portfolio
• photographing properties, creating videos, and virtual tours
• checking the validity of documentation
• responding to client inquiries via various platforms
• conducting property viewings with potential buyers
• negotiating with clients regarding the purchase / rental of property
• accompanying clients to the notary public (contract certification, solemnization, registration)
• handover of properties
• transferring utilities from seller to buyer
• other

 

 

We expect from you:

• excellent communication skills
• at least a completed high school education
• a responsible and professional approach to work
• a desire and motivation for continuous learning 
• knowledge of English

 

Preferred but not required:

• knowledge of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• experience working as a real estate agent
• experience in sales and/or customer support
• passed professional exam
• driver’s license (B category) and own car

 

 

Every beginning is difficult, and so it is in this job, especially when initially building a base / your own portfolio of properties. However, our team is here to provide you with maximum support so that you quickly become independent and confident in your work.
